The SHIFT System was developed in response to organisations that openly declared they wanted an innovative approach to ‘dealing with change’.
As a result, we built a structured system that can be easily understood, taught, and used:
1. As a change facilitation tool in running strategic ‘SHIFT Programs’ to deliver against specific business challenges
2. To undertake ‘SHIFT Fit’ corporate training in helping teams to become even more proficient in leading and responding to the ‘challenges of change’
